I have tried using Fimo clay and Premo! Sculpey clay in silicone moulds and of the two, Premo definitely is easier to work with. It is softer and easier to release from the mould. I believe they both dry equally fast so no matter which clay you use, I think it's best to use up the whole package in one go once it's open. So I make a whole bunch in one go :)
Make sure to warm up the clay properly with your hands, making it soft and easier to work with.
Below are some of the different moulds I've used. The more intricate design, obviously the more difficult to get the clay out of the mould. The butterflies and doves were really easy to remove as they are rather flat. Most silicone moulds can be baked in the oven with the clay still in but that would mean only one of each design at a time so taking a really long time to make a bunch, having to wait for them to bake.
