I found this Easter image at Blanca's 'Magic Moonlight Studio Free Images' and thought it was really cute to use for one of my Easter cards this year. Although the colours aren't the traditional radiant spring colours, I still think it has a rather spring-y cheerfulness to it.
The paper came 'free' with a craft magazine that I bought some time ago and I thought it matched the image perfectly.
I made the rose centres using a rose mould and Polymer clay and the beige paper flowers are punched with a Woodware daisy flower punch. I moistened and crinkled the flowers and then unfolded them to dry to give them a more vintage look. The fabric flowers are cut from a flower trim.
I attached the image with foam pads to make it stand out and added the Skeleton leaves behind the image to enhance the card's nature look.
Thank you for stopping by and viewing my crafts!
